• 05.00% Goods & services tax extra (GST)

• Anything not specifically mentioned under the head “Prices included”
• Tips, insurance, laundry, phone calls
• The services of vehicles not on disposal basis & finishing the sightseeing tour as per the itinerary
• Any kind of drinks (alcohol, Mineral, aerated, bed tea on tour or any other snack while waiting at airport or waiting for jetty)
• Camera fee, soft or hard drinks & starters
• Medical & travel insurance.
• Additional costs due to flight cancellation etc. Cost incidental to any change in the itinerary / stay on account of flight cancellation due to bad weather, ill health, and / or any factors beyond control.
• Air tickets/Train tickets.
• Pony Ride/ Sledging (it is done by Bargaining)
• Tips to waiters/drivers/any other person
• Monument fees at all places and gardens.
• Thajwas glacier trip at Sonmarg (as this sightseeing is done by Local Taxi stand at Sonmarg only or by ponies and Is on direct payment basis)
• Non-Veg item in Houseboat.
• Note : Any Horse ride at any Place or Trip to Aru / Betaab / Chandanwari valley at Pahalgam will be on your own expense.

Payment Policy

Advance Booking Fee

• 30 days or more before date of departure: 25% of total cost
• 29 - 20 days before date of departure: 50% of total cost
• 19 - 10 days before date of departure: 100% of total cost

Important: The booking stands liable to be cancelled if 100% payment is not received less than 10 days before date of departure and refund shall be made as per applicability

Cancellation Policy

You or any member of your party may cancel their travel arrangements at any time. Written notification or an e-mail to that effect from the person who made the booking must be received at our office. The cancellation charges applicable are as per the published cancellation policy below:

 
 ·        Booking cancelled more than 21 days of prior to arrival will carry 25 % retention charge of total bill value.

·        Booking cancelled 14 days prior to arrival will carry 50 % retention charge of total bill value.

·        Booking cancelled 08 days prior to arrival will carry 75% retention charge of total bill value.

·        Booking cancelled less the 7 days prior to arrival or No-show will carry 100% retention charge of total bill.
 
Refund Policy:
·        Refund will be paid to the source through which the guest has booked. Any refund will take within 15 days to process & will be sent to you by A/C payee cheque only.

·        We also reserve the right in any circumstances to cancel your travel arrangements by assigning reasons to you. If we are unable to provide the booked travel arrangements due to reasons beyond our control (Natural Disasters or Political Issues etc.) and the tour has already commenced, then we may not refund.
 
 Ø   Note: For some hotels cancellation policy will be as per the hotel policy which will be intimated to you.

Terms & Conditions

If we change or cancel your holiday We do plan the arrangements in advance. It is unlikely that we will have to make any changes to your travel arrangements. Occasionally, we may have to make changes and we reserve the right to do so at any time. If there are any changes, we will advise you of them at the earliest possible date.
