SRINAGAR AIRPORT TO PAHALGAM

After arriving at Srinagar airport our representative will meet you & proceed for Pahalgam. On the way we cover Apple garden, Avantipora Ruins, Bat factories, Martand Sun Temple & Saffron fields. Avantipora was built by king Avantivarman who ruled Kashmir from 855 to 883 AD. He built 2 Hindu temples in Avantipora namely "Avantisvamin" dedicated to Vishnu & "Avantisvara" dedicated to Shiva. Both the temples were built in spacious rectangular paved courtyards. They were destroyed in the middle ages. The Martand Sun Temple was built by Lalitaditya Muktapida, the third maharaja of Kashmir, between 725–756. It was destroyed in 15th century by Shah Miri dynasty.
Now proceed towards Pahalgam.

PAHALGAM LOCAL TOUR & PROCEED TO SRINAGAR

In morning after having breakfast, check out from hotel & proceed for local tour of Pahalgam (7200 feet a.s.l), means "VILLAGE OF SHEPHERDS". In Pahalgam visit Chandanwari (3288 meters above sea level), Aru Valley, Betaab Valley, Baisaran, at your own cost by local cabs, as there is some issue with union of local cab. Local taxi can be hired from Pahalgam for a roundtrip. The trip takes about four-five hours on a semi-road that has the Lidder river meandering on the one side, and lofty, snow-capped mountains on the other. "Snow fights" is what people generally indulge in here before they sledge back down. Chandanwari, situated 16-km from Pahalgam, is famous for snow sledging on a snow bridge. Chandanwari is also known for its natural attractions. It has some of the best picnic spots and is reachable by road. The weather can be very unpredictable at the place so do carry some warm clothes and rain coats as well. Betaab Valley, earlier known as Hagan Valley or Hagoon, got its present name after the blockbuster Bollywood movie 'Betaab' was shot there in 1983. The experience is even more heightened by the musical whispers of several birds. Being a precious jewel of Jammu and Kashmir, Betaab Valley is among a handful of Pahalgam tourist places to visit that should not be missed. Situated at a walking distance from the main center of Pahalgam, the valley is also an excellent camping site for trekkers and explorers.

SRINAGAR TO SONMARG & RETURN

In morning after having breakfast, check out from hotel & proceed for excursion tour of Sonmarg (9000 feet a.s.l) means ”The Golden Meadow“. Sonmarg is the beginning of the enchanted journey into a natural wonder land. Surrounded by mountains up to 5300 meter high the valley is divided by a spur of the “Thajwas Range”. To visit Thajwas Glacier & Zero Point, hire local cab @ Rs. 5000/- min, as there is some issue with local cab union, at own cost. To visit Thajwas Glacier by Pony @ Rs. 1500/- per person min. Baltal is a camping ground for Amarnath pilgrims, 75 km from Ganderbal town in Ganderbal district of Jammu and Kashmir, India and 93 km from capital city Srinagar and 15 km north of Sonamarg on the Sind River at the base of Zojila pass.

Advance Booking Fee

  • 30 days or more before date of departure : 25% of total cost
  • 29 - 20 days before date of departure : 50% of total cost
  • 19 days or less before date of departure : 100% of total cost

Cancellation Policy

You or any member of your party may cancel their travel arrangements at any time. Written notification or an e-mail to that effect from the person who made the booking must be received at our office. The cancellation charges applicable are as per the published cancellation policy below:

Cancellation Policy:

  • Booking cancelled more than 21 days of prior to arrival will carry 25% retention charge of total bill value.
  • Booking cancelled 15 days prior to arrival will carry 50 % retention charge of total bill value.
  • Booking cancelled 08 days prior to arrival will carry 75% retention charge of total bill value.
  • Booking cancelled less the 8 days prior to arrival or No-show will carry 100% retention charge of total bill.

Refund Policy:

  • Refund will be paid to the source through which the guest has booked. Any refund will take within 15 days to process & will be sent to you by A/C payee cheque only.
  • We also reserve the right in any circumstances to cancel your travel arrangements by assigning reasons to you. If we are unable to provide the booked travel arrangements due to reasons beyond our control (Natural Disasters or Political Issues etc.) and the tour has already commenced, then we may not refund.

    Note : For some hotels cancellation police will be as per the hotel policy which will be intimated to you.

If we change or cancel your holiday We do plan the arrangements in advance. It is unlikely that we will have to make any changes to your travel arrangements. Occasionally, we may have to make changes and we reserve the right to do so at any time. If there are any changes, we will advise you of them at the earliest possible date. We also reserve the right under any circumstances to cancel your travel arrangements by assigning reasons to you.

  • Holding period for any booking will be up-to 3 working days after which it will be consider as cancelled

  • Booking will be considered confirmed after the receipt of 50% of the total amount and balance amount must be paid before check in date.
