• Additional sightseeing or extra usage of vehicle, other than mentioned in the itinerary .Vehicle movement is from to point to point. For extra movement customer has to pay extra. The rates are Rs. 15/ Swift Z D"zire, Rs. 20/- (Innova Standard), Rs.22/- (Tempo Traveller) for everyextra kilometre & Rs. 200/- for every extra hour of vehicle movement.

• For half day Aru Valley & Betaab Valley (Rs. 1500 to Rs. 2000)

• Any Kind of Personal Expenses or Optional Tours / Extra Meals Ordered
• Monument & Museum Entrance Fees for the sights mentioned in the Itinerary.
• Anything not specifically mentioned under the head 
• The Services of Vehicle is not included on leisure days & after finishing the sightseeing tour as per the Itinerary
• Camera fee, Soft or Hard drinks, Starters.
• Additional costs due to flight cancellation, road blocks etc. Cost incidental to any change in the itinerary/ stay on account of flight cancellation due to bad weather, ill health, roadblocks and/or any factors beyond control.(you have to pay extra as per hotel & transport charges.)

Payment Policy

Advance Booking Fee

• 30 days or more before date of departure : 25% of total cost
• 29 - 20 days before date of departure : 50% of total cost
• 19 days or less before date of departure : 100% of total cost

Cancellation Policy

You or any member of your party may cancel their travel arrangements at any time. Written notification or an e-mail to that effect from the person who made the booking must be received at our office. The cancellation charges applicable are as per the published cancellation policy below:

Cancellation Policy:

• Booking cancelled more than 21 days of prior to arrival will carry 25% retention charge of total bill value.
• Booking cancelled 15 days prior to arrival will carry 50 % retention charge of total bill value.
• Booking cancelled 08 days prior to arrival will carry 75% retention charge of total bill value.
• Booking cancelled less the 8 days prior to arrival or No-show will carry 100% retention charge of total bill.

Refund policy:

• Refund will be paid to the source through which the guest has booked. Any refund will take within 15 days to process & will be sent to you by A/C payee cheque only.
• We also reserve the right in any circumstances to cancel your travel arrangements by assigning reasons to you. If we are unable to provide the booked travel arrangements due to reasons beyond our control (Natural Disasters or Political Issues etc.) and the tour has already commenced, then we may not refund.

Terms & Conditions

If we change or cancel your holiday We do plan the arrangements in advance. It is unlikely that we will have to make any changes to your travel arrangements. Occasionally, we may have to make changes and we reserve the right to do so at any time. If there are any changes, we will advise you of them at the earliest possible date. We also reserve the right under any circumstances to cancel your travel arrangements by assigning reasons to you.

Reservations Policy:

• All Booking should be furnished via mail.
• Holding period for any booking will be up-to 3 working days after which it will be consider as cancelled
• Booking will be considered confirmed after the receipt of 50% of the total amount and balance amount must be paid before check in date.
• Invoice will be raised after the full payment. Total Amount + 5 %GST
• Change is the only constant in this world. If you need to reschedule, we will be happy to help. However, rescheduling your reservation is subject to room availability and seasonal rates.
• In the event of cancellation of your reservation, cancellation charges plus taxes may apply (if any)
