• Tips, insurance, laundry, phone calls
• The services of vehicles not on disposal basis & finishing the sightseeing tour as per the itinerary
• Any kind of drinks (alcohol, Mineral, aerated, bed tea on tour or any other snack while waiting at airport or waiting for jetty)
• Camera fee, soft or hard drinks & starters
• Medical & travel insurance.
• Additional costs due to flight cancellation etc. Cost incidental to any change in the itinerary / stay on account of flight cancellation due to bad weather, ill health, and / or any factors beyond control.
• Air tickets/Train tickets.
• Pony Ride/ Sledging (it is done by Bargaining)
• Tips to waiters/drivers/any other person
• Monument fees at all places and gardens.
• Thajwas glacier trip at Sonmarg (as this sightseeing is done by Local Taxi stand at Sonmarg only or by ponies and Is on direct payment basis)
• Gulmarg Local  trip  (as this sightseeing is done by Local Taxi stand at Gulmarg only or by ponies and Is on direct payment basis)
• Non-Veg item in Houseboat.
• Note : Any Horse ride at any Place or Trip to Aru / Betaab / Chandanwari valley at Pahalgam/ Gulamrg you will be pay at own expense.

Payment Policy

Advance Booking Fee

• 30 days or more before date of departure: 25% of Total Cost
• 29 - 20 days before date of departure: 50% of Total Cost
• 19 - 10 days before date of departure: 100% of Total Cost

Important: The booking stands liable to be cancelled if 100% payment is not received less than 10 days before date of departure and refund shall be made as per applicability

Cancellation Policy

• You or any member of your party may cancel their travel arrangements at any time. Written notification or an e-mail to that effect from the person who made the booking must be received at our office. The cancellation charges applicable are as per the published cancellation policy below:
• Booking cancelled more than 21 days of prior to arrival will carry 25 % retention charge of total bill value
• Booking cancelled 14 days prior to arrival will carry 50 % retention charge of total bill value.
• Booking cancelled 08 days prior to arrival will carry 75% retention charge of total bill value.
• Booking cancelled less the 7 days prior to arrival or No-show will carry 100% retention charge of total bill.
• Refund Policy:
• Refund will be paid to the source through which the guest has booked. Any refund will take within 15 days to process & will be sent to you by A/C payee cheque only.
• We also reserve the right in any circumstances to cancel your travel arrangements by assigning reasons to you. If we are unable to provide the booked travel arrangements due to reasons beyond our control (Natural Disasters or Political Issues etc.) and the tour has already commenced, then we may not refund.
•  Note: For some hotels cancellation policy will be as per the hotel policy which will be intimated to you.
• Important: The booking stands liable to be cancelled if 100% payment is not received less than 10 days before date of departure.

Terms & Conditions

• If we change or cancel your holiday We do plan the arrangements in advance. It is unlikely that we will have to make any changes to your travel arrangements. Occasionally, we may have to make changes and we reserve the right to do so at any time. If there are any changes, we will advise you of them at the earliest possible date. We also reserve the right under any circumstances to cancel your travel arrangements by assigning reasons to 
• All Booking should be furnished via mail, holding period for any booking will be up-to 3 working days after which it will be consider as cancelled
• Booking will be considered confirmed after the receipt of 50% of the total amount and balance amount must be paid before check in date.
• Invoice will be raised after the full payment. Total Amount + 5 %GST
• Rescheduling Policy:
• Change is the only constant in this world. If you need to reschedule, we will be happy to help. However, rescheduling your reservation is subject to room availability and seasonal rates.
• In the event of cancellation of your reservation, cancellation charges plus taxes may apply (if any)
• NOTE: - No refund will be made for any unused accommodation, missed meals, transportation segments, sightseeing tours or any other service due to Bad weather, ill health, Strike,
• NOTE: - Road Blocks or any other factor beyond our Control, etc. Such unused items are neither refundable nor exchangeable.
• Outside cab is not allowed to have any kind of Sightseeing in Pahalgam, Gulmarg, Sonamarg due to issue with local cab union.           
• NOTE: - For local sightseeing at Sonamarg & Pahalgam, have to hire local cab and have to pay directly for that.
• Gulmarg Gondola ride fares for Phase1 is 800/- & Phase 2 is1000/-per person. Book tickets online for save your time. Book Gulmarg Gondola cable car ticket online at www.jammukashmircablecar.com        
•  NOTE: - If day increase due to snow fall /landslide then hotel room tariff will be applicable as per hotel      rule & transportation charges.                                                                             
•  NOTE: - Also there may be changes in trip schedule due to changes in Traffic Movement by J&K Govt. then we are not
•  NOTE: - responsible, if current hotel changed into new hotel in new location (same category) then fare difference will be applicable. Kindly co-operate with us
   
• NOTE: -Prepaid cellular connections will not work in Union Territory of Jammu & Kashmir. Only Postpaid cellular connection will work on roaming.
